How to Grow

Decide if You want a small or big tree
They like a sunny aspect
Plant trees in winter when they are dormant
They can be well pruned to keep them smaller
They require regular watering in summer and spring
Feed the tree in early spring and in summer
Protect plants from birds

Harvesting

Usually late summer and autumn
a split appears in the fig when ripe
Harvest when fully ripe and soft
