How to grow

Six inch shoots(plants) taken from tubers that have sprouted
High fertile and sandy soil
Start plants in Spring or early Summer
Set plants 35cm apart in rows 50-70cm apart
Yield is about 1.5kg to 3kg (7 lb) per plant






Harvesting and storing

Lift tubers and cure in the sun for 4-7 days
Pick leaves as required
