It is an annual plant
The plant grows to (90cm)3ft high
The seeds are high in protein
They can be crushed and used like peanut butter
It goes well with meatless dishes and salads
It goes well with vegetables and breads
Sesame seed goes well with a cheese pie
Seeds can be made into an oil for many dishes

How to Grow

Grow plants in full sun
To get enough seeds alot of plants are needed
















Harvesting

4-5 weeks after the flowers open collect seeds
Cut the plant so that a long stem is attached
Dry seeds in a bag in a warm location
